It contains the active ingredient Terbinafine Hydrochloride, which is a synthetic allylamine derivative. It works by stopping the growth of bacteria and fungi in the skin. It is available in a convenient, easy-to-apply, and easy-to-administered manner and is applied to the affected area twice a day. Adults and children from 12 years: Treatment may be given once a day on an empty stomach or with food or after a light meal. You should not use Lamisil Cream if you are allergic to Terbinafine Hydrochloride, or any of its ingredients. Avoid contact with eyes, nose, mouth, or vagina, as this will harm the growth of bacteria or fungi. If your symptoms do not improve after 4 weeks or if they get worse, consult a doctor.

Why you should not use Lamisil Cream:

• Do not use Lamisil Cream if:
• You are allergic to any medicine or any other ingredients
• You are allergic to medicines such as any other medications
• You have been prescribed a medicine containing Terbinafine Hydrochloride, or any of its ingredients
• You are pregnant or breastfeeding
• You are taking, or have recently taken, a medicine containing nitrates (used to treat angina) or is taking nitroglycerin. Nitrates can cause a severe fall in blood pressure. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant.
• You are taking the medicines ketoconazole and itraconazole (generic Probenecid) (generic Cipramine) (generic Terbinafine Hydrochloride) (generic terbinafine Hydrochloride).
• You are taking any of the medicines listed below:

• Nitrates (e.g. isosorbide, nitroglycerin, and nitrofurantoin) - This includes both medicines used to treat fungal infections, as well as medicines that may be taken with Lamisil Cream. You should tell your doctor if you take nitrates, or take any medicine that contains nitrates. This includes medicines such as amyl nitrite, butyl nitrite, isosorbide mononitrate, nicorandil, nitroprusside, and nitroprusside-containing medicines. Ask your doctor about the use of these medicines in pregnancy.
• Medicines that may be taken with Lamisil Cream:
• Medicines such as azole antifungals (for acne) or itraconazole (for fungal infections)
• Medicines such as tizanidine (for high blood pressure or heart problems)
• Medicines such as ritonavir (for HIV)
• Medicines such as rifampicin or rifaprost
